Deco s4 Network Suddenly Intermittent
Hi, I have a mesh system with Deco S4. There are three units in my house, one operating in WiFi router mode, two connected wirelessly.
Everything was stable and working fine for almost two months when it suddenly stopped in the last three days. Intermittently everything is fine, but randomly I and others are experiencing the following:
1. Unable to join the WiFi network. On an iPhone I see the network, can click on it, and the wheel that tells you it's trying to connect starts spinning and doesn't stop until things time out.
2. We join the WiFi network, the Deco app says everything is just fine, but we don't actually have any data being transferred between our devices and the network/internet.
Firmware is up to date. I've tried rebooting manually and in the app several times, turning on and off fast roaming, turning on and off beaming. Any other ideas?

Sorry for the late reply
The firmware you are currently using, "1.5.0 Build 20240329 Rel 61026," is not listed on the support page for your Deco device. It is possible that this is a beta version of the firmware, which may be contributing to the issue. I have provided a link below to the support page for your specific model of deco.

Here are a few suggestions you may consider trying:
- Reset your entire Deco network and set it up again to determine if that resolves the issue. To reset your entire Deco network, please press and hold the reset button located at the bottom of each Deco unit for one second. After the reset, you can set them up again using the Deco app.
- Consider downgrading your firmware to see if that improves functionality. See the section "Instructions for Reverting Your Firmware - Basic" in the following post on how to roll back your firmware.
- Alternatively, you may want to open a support ticket to seek assistance from the support team. Follow the directions in this post to open a ticket.
