Time is off by 12 hours it should say PM - when I try to set the Continent I get  two null options (once is North America) I do find my Region and I am able to set it up but time does not change. I just upgraded to the latest Firmware, thought that would fix it from my 2020 version I had before

This is the first time i have heard of this issue I'm going to have you open up a ticket with support

  @JAL11 I had some weird issues like that. They did provide link to a beta firmware which I installed and it resolved the issue.
