I am writing to inquire if there is any estimated timeline for adding the EasyMesh support feature to the TP-Link AXE16000 Quad-Band WiFi 6E Router (Archer AXE300).

It has been quite some time since EasyMesh was listed as a "planned" feature for the Archer AXE300, which is a premium router priced at $599. Many routers at significantly lower price points have already received EasyMesh support, and it would be great to see this functionality available for the AXE300, given its premium pricing and advanced capabilities.

I would greatly appreciate it if the engineers working on this feature could provide an update or an ETA on when we might expect EasyMesh support for this router. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

  @InceptionTenet

Great question! This $500 router has Tplink's proprietary "OneMesh". They also have DecoMesh. Oh and don't forget OmadaMesh. Talk about a WIFI manufacturer with an Identity crisis. I waited two years after TPLink announced they were coming out with their XE200. It was never released.

So I jumped on the AXE300 bandwagon because it was an EasyMesh compatible modem. Tplink marketed that heavily. Now, another 2 years, still no EasyMesh for the AXE300 and it was their $500 flagship router. It's to the point we can't rely on anything TPLink publishes.

Come on TPlink. Get with the program and don't be such a "Politician ". If you committ to doing something you should honor your word or get out of the industry.  Shame on you!

  @BrianIdaho  I completely agree with your frustration. It's really disappointing when a company like TP-Link, which has built a strong reputation in the industry, makes big promises but fails to follow through. The confusion with all these different "mesh" systems is a real issue, and it's tough when you're investing in what should be top-tier technology, only to be left hanging. The fact that the AXE300, marketed as a flagship product, still isn't EasyMesh compatible feels like a letdown, especially for a $500 router. TP-Link really does need to step up and honor their commitments—or they risk losing trust from loyal customers like us. Hopefully, they'll take this feedback seriously and improve going forward.
