Just purchased the T9UH and have an issue.

I got the drivers installed and put the device into its cradle and plugged the rat tail usb into the back of the PC running Win 10.

I could not get Win10 to see the T9UH whatever i tried.  I tried 3 different usb sockets. No luck.

Then to remove a  potential variable I simply plugged the T9UH " big thumb drive" portion (without the cradle) and directly into the PC's usb socket.

It worked without the cradle extension.

I then tried it on other usb sockets and it worked when directly plugged into the pc..

So it seems that the cradle holder and/or the rat tail cable portion creates a problem. 

I'm sure I have at least one usb 3.0 socket on this HP pavillion 500-427c minitower. 

How can i tell which is which (usb 2 or 3 )and could that be an issue on T9UH speed or why the cradle/rattail cable doesnt want to work
