I have Starlink now. I rely solely on the Starlink router for connecting to devices including phone. (We live in an internet and cell phone desert.)

My question is related to this. When I put the Starlink router in bypass mode I will not be able to use the TP-Link Tether App to configure the router. I will not be able to connect a computer to the internet until the new TP-Link BE9300 router is online.

Will I be able to connect the Wan port between the Starlink modem and my new TP-Link router and have connectivity to fully configure the router?
