Hello! I noticed this issue started happening a few months ago and has only seemed to get worse. Seemingly at random times the S4 unit plugged into our Modem will stop transmitting wireless (while still transmitting wired). This causes all of our devices to get knocked of the network for a few minutes each time it happens. It seems to happen at least once a day if not more.

At this point I am getting close to just purchasing a new mesh system because I just cannot have this happen with this level of frequency. We live in a 3 story townhouse and I have one unit on each floor. I know the unit plugged into our modem keeps transmitting through the Ethernet ports because our ring alarm is connected through them and doesn't register as offline. The lights on our modem always stay fully illuminated.

Any suggestions or help getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated!
