Chrome displays the web interface hosted by the router at http://192.168.68.1/

The menus do allow access to rudimentary status and network map, but nowhere can i find where to edit any parameters (except time zone, and check for firmware updates, which it's up to date).  It seems to be in a read-only subset mode.  I have rebooted several times.

I want to

  edit DCHP ranges

  change wifi PW to null (we are out in the sticks out of range of anyone) I see the PW field, but it does not allow null;  there is no: 
                 Navigate to wireless settings: Find the "Wireless" section within the router settings.  and set to None

  set port-forwarding rules

  find where to set port-forwarding rules to be made active and inactive.

please advise how to access the full set of parameters
