QQ - Just installed my Archer GE650 

Updated the firmware to: 

 

Firmware Version:

1.0.4 Build 20240920 rel.33993(5553)

Hardware Version:

Archer GE650 v1.0

Connected switch to 5G PORT

The switch I have is:  TL-SG1218MPE 



Heres the issues I am seeing - 

1_LAN SPEED TEST IS AROUND 300MBPS, prior with my old router.. the desktop was getting 600-800, so I have a feeling something is "limiting" it 

2_Ive checked another desktop, and same thing 

Quesitons for all 

A_Is there a setting I should be checking for that could be balancing it out or limiting the speeds?   

Appreciate any additional insight.
