How to/can you change channel and width on X5700?
How do you, or can you, change channels on a Deco X5700 mesh system? I have 4 nodes. Ive recently added 20-30 smart Govee products to my household and now all the apps for various brand 2.4ghz devices show that they have dropped off my wifi. I turned on a separate IoT ssid and moved nearly everything to that but to no avail. The Deco app shows my devices connected but the individual product apps all show not connected or offline.

@charleyp2112 Sounds like they are connected to WiFi but the app has lost connection somehow. Make sure to check for the latest app update and make sure you are updated. Then I would suggest contacting Govee support.
Regarding manual channel change I do not personally recommend if, and also unfortunately not all Deco models have the capability. If you are not able to change it then it is very likely not enabled on the X5700 (yet).

@jzchen Thanks for the reply. I should clarify, it's not just the Govee devices, I also have Tapo, Feit, and a couple of other brands and everything on the 2.4Ghz band has lost connectivity according to the individual apps, but Deco shows them connected. All apps are up to date.
I am starting to come to the conclusion that controlling the band channels is a feature that is not available on the X5700. It's pretty frustrating, frankly. I've had many wifi systems over the years and I have always been able to change channels. I've tried the optimization tool in the Deco app, but it just says everything is great. It may be that it is but the inability to test that is kind of annoying. I live in a dense neighborhood and I'm concerned that me and several neighbors are steppingon each other.
Again, thanks for the reply.

@charleyp2112 One manufacturer's products drop, and it's up in the air which is at fault, but multiple brands, makes me want to point the finger to the X5700. Please try to contact support:
