AX72 Pro Loses Internet Connection with modem after 10-20mins
I have been using my AX72 Pro with an Arris S33 modem for 2+ years without issue. As of Monday afternoon it started dropping internet. Not trusting Xfinity, I immediately blamed them. I even went as far as buying a new modem and set it up. Same issue. After Xfinity came out and tested everything including the modem output, we concluded that the isssue is indeed with the AX72 Pro. I performed a factory reset and the issue still present itself after ~1 hour. I just setup a new Nighthawk 7 (reluctantly). Is there anyway to salvage this AX72?
