I don't know my hardware of firmware versions.  I that it's V1 or V2 at most - and never did any firmware update.

I was using Spectrum at 650Gbps - but moved to a place that has "Orbitel" (never heard of it but there aren't good choices here)

Plug it in and with their 500Gbps service it's barely pushing out 200 at best.  The modem direct speed was tested and showing 500.

Ultimately I ended up having to let them install their router (some giant white klunky thing with a ton of Ethernet ports). Speed got better!

So just wondering what possibly could have happened from getting a full 650 in one place and plugging in and only getting 200 in another?  I literally only unplugged in one locale and plugged back in, in another.  Strange!  Did the Deco setup just go bad or somehow lacks 100% compatibility?
