Hello Community,

I am a newbie and having a probably simple issue to correct, but I am at a loss of how to to it.

How do I set my router to broadcast 2.4 only.  It is set at 2.4 and 5 currently.  All my devices to add are at 2.4, and I can not get them to use 2.4 only, b ecause 5 is in the way.

Thank you!

@APM_18 In the wireless settings, disable Smart Connect.  This will separate the 2.4 and 5 channels.

@APM_18 On the Wireless Settings page uncheck/turn off Smart Connect.  Both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz should have "Enable" checkbox.  Uncheck 5 GHz checkbox to completely disable it.
