I recently bought and set up my Deco system and have all my devices set up.

But i have noticed that certain devices constantly show as "offline" even though they are currently working, like my firestick

I have tried removing the network from the device and re adding it but it still shows the same "offline"

Anyone have any experience with this?

Sometimes, devices connected to the Deco network may not be displayed correctly in the Deco app. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Since some client devices are not shown as 'online' but are functioning properly:

1) Confirm that there are no other routers using the same Wi-Fi network name (SSID) as the Deco system.

2) Verify that the client devices (like your Firestick) are set to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP) rather than using a static IP configuration.

3) Reboot the entire Deco system.

If none of the above fix your issue please reply back to this post.

Thanks
