Since the internet is functioning properly, this is likely a display error in the app rather than an actual connection issue.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Move a device close to one of the satellite Deco units and connect to it via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Confirm that you have internet access when connected to that satellite unit.
2. Refresh the Deco app dashboard several times and wait a few minutes to see if the status updates.
3. Force quit the Deco app and reopen it.
4. Reboot the main Deco unit.
5. Open the Deco app, go to More > System > Firmware Update, and ensure all Deco units are running the latest firmware.
6. Open Google Play or the App Store and make sure the Deco app is updated to the latest version.
