Changing Main Unit - BE63 from W3600, network instability
I have a wide array of issues here that I'm attempting to troubleshoot.
First off, my primary network was operating just fine using T-Mobile Air 5G system. My mesh, at the time, consisted of two W3600's (v2.6 1.30 Build 20250912 Rel. 56370), two X20's (v3.6 1.2.4 Build 20241227 Rel. 63367), and one X50 (1.3.1 Build 20251030 Rel. 41614).
I was finally able to get fiber (2GB) to my home and decided to go with two B63's (v2.6 1.3.2 Build 26040912 Rel. 40631). The fiber connection is on one side of my home, where the office is, and the majority of the house is on the opposite side. The mesh configuration is as follows: My Main is a B63 which is connected via ethernet cable to the modem, the next unit in line is another B63. My assumption was to use the two B63 units to bring the signal to the bulk of the home, where the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms are located. I have a W3600 in the kitchen, which is the next room down the hallway from the Main and secondary B63's. Then, from there, I have two X20's upstairs, one X50 outside, and another W3600 in the living room, past the dining room.
Unfortunately, all the units (aside from the B63's) drop off the network every 20-30 seconds. They go from green to flashing red and back again.
I have reset all the units and re-added them to the network, I have looked to update their firmware. Tech support has escalated the concern to engineering but I have not yet heard from them.
I'm hoping someone here has experienced an integration like this and might have some insight into which avenues I should pursue next.
