I have three Deco BE11000 units, of which I have installed 2. I've been using the app and going in huge nonproductive circles. I did discover that both units have firmware 1.1.6 adn there is an update available. I've attempted SEVERAL times to update the firmware through the app on my android phone. In the ap where it tells me an update is available. The only option I have is to download the update which I have done. However, I have no idea where it is downloaded to or how to install the darn update. What the heck am I doing wrong?
