I recently purchased an Archer T6E (AC1300 Dual Band PCIe). I followed the quick-install instructions. The adapter is seated in the PCIe and the indicator light is on. However, the adapter simply refuses to install.

When I go into the Device Manager of my computer, I see nothing but the adapter previously installed. I've tried installing the utility and driver, and then the driver only. I'm not having any success. Here is the setup controller dump:

I can clearly see in there that there's an error, but I don't know how to work around that error. The download that I have should be the Windows 10 driver file (link: http://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/Archer%20T6E_V1_151105.zip)

Please advise. I'd really rather install this adapter than the current USB Netgear adapter I've been using.
