Archer C7 internet droping out constantly and briefly

I've owned a Archer C7 V3 for over a year, and in the last few days, I've been having a problem. Both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands have been dropping out briefly and frequently. I'll try to load a web page, get an error, and refresh the page and be fine. Or I'll be watching web video and have it constantly stutter. When I wire in to my internet, I don't have these connection problems. I have the latest router firmware, my router is only 6 feet away from me without anything in the way, and nothing else has changed that I know of. What can I do?
