C7 (v2) constant freezes & drop outs

Hi all - maybe someone has an idea -
We were having multiple daily drop outs and updated the firmware in December which seemed to resolve it - however the problem has now returned. A simple power cycle immediately resolves it - but that's really annoying and not something we should be required to do all the time...
We appear to have the current FW revision - any other suggestions before we look for another solution?
