AC 600 Archer T2UH bluescreens me bad_pool_header when connecting to iPhone Personal Hotspot

I did alot of drivers installing and uninstalling, restoring windows to previous point. i tried different usb slots.
but it seems my new T2UH blue screens me when ever i connect to my Personal Hotspot. I tried connecting it to my home wifi, it connects and doesnt bluescreen me. However my home wifi currently doesnt have internet.
anyone knows how to fix blue screen bad_pool_header when connecting T2UH to iPhone Personal hotspot?
