No much valuable information in the log. Have a try to change the channel and channel width. Use inssider to find the best channel which is less interfered and change the channel width to 20Mhz.

Make sure the computer is working ok when plugged directly to the router with an Ethernet cable, or using another laptop. Change the network name of both adapters to the same one on the powerline...
