@Accommand what router do you have? Go to the support page for it, there are usually a bunch of videos there to show settting up.

@azvicki Plug the extender into a power outlet and then press in the reset button until the lights cycle on it. Should be back at factory presets.

@NyteFalll Since you got it from the ISP, it would be best to ask them about how it is set up. Knowing them they probably have stuff disabled.

@NyteFalll Double check that the 10 GB port is not a WAN port, that is usually how these routers are set up. LAN ports will say LAN next to them and the WAN port will say WAN or Internet.
