Per the TP-Link https://www.tp-link.com/ae/faq-603.html It should support FAT/FAT32/NTFS formats. It does not support Apple formats. I would contact support and open a ticket.

I have a C7 and and IMac so this may help or not. Sign on to the C59 and check the file sharing settings for the USB. Also check the file sharing options in File Explorer.
