@Tony i could access to the router from another pc I thoug it could be the browser but I installed Chrome and I steel have the problem. I think it is a problem with my computer now but how it worked...

I have upgraded fimware version and it does not load the web page 192.168.0.254 how can I solve this problem, I can't access to configure my network.
