Installed 4 Tapo L530E lights but am in a quandary? How do you set an action in Alexa to turn on party mode. All she does is turn them on red with no color rotation.

I have three (3) L530 Smart Bulbs on an outside pole lamp. This is what I want: Have the bulbs come ON at Sunset. Have the bulbs turn OFF at 10PM. Have Bulb 1 be Daylight White 25%. Have Bulb 2 be Red

How do I CHANGE and SAVE a different color to the L530 Bulb? When I select "My Presets" of I select "Color and select the Color" the buld will change. But it DOES NOT get SAVED. The next day it comes
