It refuses to upgrade to the newest firmware. The app doesnt suggest a firmware upgrade like it did on my other one. Its stuck on a previous one. Any tools to upgrade it?

Every now and then I see a number around 28000. I upgraded the HS110 to the latest firmware using the Kasa App.
It might be releated to trying to measure power generated by my solar panels. I only see the 28000 when the panels generate power.
I just post a question about being able to measure power generation instead of consumption.

In the mean time I send a question to TPLINK support about this. They confirmed that the HS110 is NOT suitable for measuring power generated. another user try
