Great product, everything works, easy to setup and schedule. EXCEPT. ... AWAY mode is definitely not working. Two cycles and the switch didn’t take rn on at all. An6 ideas? Firmware was updated upon installation,

You mean you are unable to start the away mode or it is started but the lamp never comes on and on randomly? it works fine on only android phone with kasa 2.0.0
