I’ve set the remote control “on” for my devices but I am unable to control them remotely. I have the control if my phone is connected to same wifi but if I disable wifi and run on LTE i don’t have control.

We have been getting similar reports from other users.  I also know there was a recent update to the app.  Please provide more information so we can get intouch with our app developers.  

 

Device OS Version and build

App Version

Did you try to sign out of the app and back in?

Have you tried mulitple devices?

Are all of your smart home devices on up to date frimware?
