I believe you are confusing Live View with what is recorded. As long as you set the Privacy & Security to Video only then the audio will not be recorded.

If you are referring to the Live View audio, the microphone is the small circular hole on the side of the camera. Although there is no setting to disable audio that way, you can probably place a object to obstruct the audio from receiving.
