2 mobile devices connected to the cameras
Hi!
New here. I just bought a KC120 and haven't installed it yet. I'm just wondering how I can connect 2 cell phones so we both can keep an eye on the video stream?
Anyone?
Thanks,
LindaL

As you go about setting up the camera you will create a TP-Link ID account, which uses any email you want along with setting up a password. Once the camera is set up on one phone, you will just install Kasa on the other phone, log in with that same email and password, and the camera will show up.
You both will be able to view the stream or see recorded video simulaniously.

No, you can not access the camera on a computer.
Make sure the Kasa app was downloaded and not a different one of ours like tpCamera app. Finally, they do not need to start any setup, just get to the left menu, and login with the same credentials you used to set up TP-Link Cloud.

Sorry to be such a pain. He's having trouble, says the app won't let him in. That my login and password aren't working. Any ideas?

It is perfectly fine.
We do have support agents that can help him over the phone.
Here is a link to our support page, have him call home support: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support/#LiveChat-Support
