Once motion is detected it will start pushing the video to the cloud. If there is a problem getting the video to the cloud you will get the error you see now.
If your camera is connected to a 5GHz network, try switching the camera to the 2.4GHz network. It will involve holding the reset for 5 seconds, then setting it up with the new network.
Other thing you can try is to use a Wi-Fi analyzer on your smart phone to check the signal strength of your router. A good signal is a consistant reading being below -70 dBm so -40 to -60 dBm would be good.
