When I plug in the camera, I get a red flashing light.  It may briefly turn green, but it always goes back to red.  The camera worked previously, and I've tried it close to and far away from my router.

The blinking red is the camera failing to connect back to the Wi-Fi.

 

What would be recommended is to do a complete factory reset by holding the reset for 20 seconds. Then installing the camera back into  the Kasa app. If the Kasa cam still exists in the app, remove it, then add it again.
