One plug set up just fine. The second blinks connected to the wifi but will not connect to the phone

For the problem plug do a factory default by holding the side button for 15 seconds. Do the set up one more time. If the plug is blinking green at the end of the setup it should be viewable in the Kasa app.

 

Make sure the plug is in the same room of the router during setup, you can move it later.
