Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.31

Been getting the X icon on clips. Click on it and the Activity in Progress warning is given. Even though later clips have been successfully made. Full text of message is "Your camera is stilll recording activity. Check back later to play this clip." The only action I can do is to delete the clip. I have the Plus Plan. TIA.

The clip may have gotten hung up uploading to the cloud. Usually you would see that if you select the push notication on your smart phone.

 

If you unplug the camera and then plug it back in, once the camera is booted back up does the clip still give the same error?

@Tony I have the same issue. Same error text. Manual recordings work fine
