Not sure which app is the correct one. The Kasa smart home does not find the KC110 camera and the tp-link program does not seem to support the KC110
For the KC110 you woudl use the Kasa Smart app by TP-LINK Research America.
Leave the camera plugged in, and hold the reset button for 15 seconds and let go. Once the camera fully boots up try to add it back into the app. If you happen to have another smart phone, try to set up the camera with that as well if you still have issues with the first smart phone.
