Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.8.11

purchased 4 KL130 lights and i have one that will not stay connected to wireless. the other 3 bulbs work flawlessly. i can reset this bulb and it will stay connected for about 24 hours and again it loses connection to wifi. all bulbs are in the same room. Any suggestions????

Swap the bulb with the position of another bulb, even though it is in the same room. If the issue follows the bulb factory reset it by turning it off and on five times. Set it up one more time. If the bulb continues to drop the wireless radio may be bad on it. I would recommend reaching out to our support at that point.

Tony,

 

I have factory reset the bulb about 4 times and moved to 3 different locations. I have noticed this bulb is warmer to the touch than my other three bulbs. The bulb works it just keeps dropping wireless and won't reconnect.
