Hello, Not sure why only 3 outlets are working on the smart power strip. I can use the app and see the white light (each outlet) on and can use the smart app to toggle on/off but no power is coming out of the outlet. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
If the physical button is not working then that may be a physical failure.
Move the device to a completely different outlet and test the device again with the physical buttons. I would do one more factory reset while on a different outlet. If you still get no response then I would reach out to support.
