I sent an email request for support to Kasa/TP-Link support over a week ago with a question about my KC300S camera system. One of the cameras charges extremely slowly. If I bring it inside and leave it plugged in all night, the battery level might go up from 30% to 40%. The other camera in the pair goes from 30% to 99% using the same cable and same charger in a few hours. I sent the email over a week ago and I never got any reply.
