HS 100 and 110 won't connect to wifi

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

I got a firmware update for the devices a day ago and after updated, all devices, 3 HS100 and 1 HS 110 got loss and cannot be connect to wifi.

After soft reset of hard reset, still can't connect to wifi. What shall I do??

Disable any VPN software the phone is using during your setup.

Change your wireless security. If you have WPA, change it to WPA2-Personal. If you have WPA2, change it to WPA. Set up the plug, then put it back to where you need it.
