After soft reset of hard reset, still can't connect to wifi. What shall I do??
Disable any VPN software the phone is using during your setup.
Change your wireless security. If you have WPA, change it to WPA2-Personal. If you have WPA2, change it to WPA. Set up the plug, then put it back to where you need it.
