You can try the following:

Android

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Home app .
2. At the bottom, tap Home   Settings .
3. Under "Google Assistant services," tap More settings.
4. Tap Assistant   Voice Match  Add devices.
5. Follow the steps.

iOS

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Home app .
2. At the bottom, tap Home   Settings .
3. Under "Google Assistant services," tap Voice Match.
4. At the bottom right, tap Add .
5. Follow the steps.

However, if no devices come up you are not able to set a voice profile for a TP-Link smart device.
