I have a number of Kasa smart home devices and am OK at troubleshooting. Just got KL60 bulb. I can connect with Iphone but the app won't find the device. I tried factory reset and a bunch of other tricks but no luck. I then used an android tablet and it found the device right away. Now that its linked to my WiFi, everything works with Iphone. Maybe bug with Ios 14.01.

Was your iPhone running the Kasa app version 2.26?

 

Also, was the iPhone running any VPN software?
