Model: HS103  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

The hardware itself (ie. the smart plug) will not turn on. I've tried in multiple outlets around the house that I know work and are powering other devices. No lights turn on when I plug the unit into the wall. I've tried pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds + while plugged in and to no avail.

 

Note: the unit was working and I have other units in the home that still work fine. 

 

What happened? Is this just a failed unit?

The LED at the very least should turn on, and when fully booted after being plugged in a couple of minutes should respond when pressing the button. If neither happens, then it may have failed. Please reach out to our support at that point.

@Tony thank you. Correct the LED will not turn on and it appears to be a failure. What are next steps?
