We are only able to access it when we are on our home network. When it setup a message saying "already bind" or "cannot bind" was displayed.
@r630 yOU NEED TO GO INTO SETTINGS ON YOUR PHONE APP AND SELECT" CONTROL DEVICE WHEN AWAY FROM HOME"
If the plug is indicating it is already bound, please contact our support team. Be prepared to provide your TP-Link ID account, and MAC address of the device. The device may be bound to another account which our team can help reset.
