Model: KL130  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.9

Hello I setup 4 KL130s. All are working correctly but I have one bulb that takes a lot longer to turn on/off and takes longer to change colors. It's takes about 20secs longer than the other 3. Its in a lamp identical to another bulb that has no issues. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this. Is it a defective bulb?

Swap the bulb with another bulb that works to see if the issue follows the bulb or stays with the socket. If the issue follows the bulb, perform a factory reset by turning the lamp off and on five times where the bulb will blink three times if the reset went through. If you install the bulb again and it continues to be delayed, please reach out to our support team.
