Under the Privacy and Sensitivity settings, when I select "Record Video Only" or "Do Not Record Video or Audio," the camera still records sound.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Kasa app and unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. I also reset the camera, but it still records sound all the time.
I emailed tech support and am waiting to hear back from them.
Has anyone else had this issue? You should try changing your setting to "Record Video Only" or "Do Not Record Video or Audio" and see if you have the same issue.
