We are having ongoing issues with our Kasa spot pan tilt kc115.
It has been connected to WiFi all along (with months now) and just randomly dropped out yesterday. Our WiFi is strong with no issues.
This also happened about a month ago but we got it up and running again after a few attempts.
We have reset the device and attempted to reconnect several times on 2 different phones with no avail.
Please can someone offer some assistance as this is very frustrating.
