Smart Plug HS103 and Kasa App disconnects internet at router when trying to setup plugs
I just obtained a four pack of the HS103 smart plugs first time. I downloaded the Kasa app to set each plug up. As I go through the process to link the plug and the app it disconnects my whole internet. My Netgear Nighthawk router gets disconnected and shuts my whole houses net down. I do not know if its the app or the product itself but it will not let me set the products up and I have no idea why that is. Anyone have these issues and figure it out? Otherwise I am returning them. To many other plugs out there to have to deal with this. Thanks for the help.
