I just got a new WIFI router from my cable company. I am not able to set up any of my KASA smart plugs. The TP LINK wifi network is not available. I'm going crazy. Please help.

@apriljns

I am assuming you are not seeing the smart plug wireless network that you connect to begin setting up the plug. If so, you may need to factory reset the plug. To do that, make sure the plug has been plugged in and given time to boot up, a couple of minutes usually. Then hold the respective button for 15 seconds in order to factory reset it. Look up the product on our official website, and view the user manual. So for example, for the HS103/HS105 you would hold the side button, for the HS100/HS110 you would hold the small gear button up top.
