I have Spectrum wifi service. Old router/wifi unit died. Replaced with a Spectrum seperate router and a Wave Ii wifi. Can't get my HS 105's to pair with the new wifi unit.Tried to "Factory Reset" several times, still will npot pair. Wave II has both 2.4 and 5 g, should automatically determine correct setting for the device. Any advice is welcome

Make sure the 2.4G and 5G are not the same network name. Verify the wireless password you are using on your phone by forgetting and connecting to your phone's Wi-Fi. If you happen to have another smart phone, try setting up the plug on that.
