Model: KL125
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

Hi, I set up all of my Kasa devices on iPhone and they all seem to be working. I logged onto my account from my iPad and all devices can also be controlled from my iPad, except for the KL125. I tried to reset to factory settings and set up from my iPad but it cannot connect to the smart bulb WiFi network.

@txbelle

When you set up the KL125 on your iPhone, all devices setup will auto-populate on any secondary device logging into the Kasa app with the same account, the bulb will not need to be set up again.

Set up the KL125 on your iPhone again, and then log into the Kasa app on your iPad with the same TP-Link ID email and password that is being used on your iPhone.

@Tony yes, all of my other devices showed up on my iPad when I logged in except for KL125. That's why I tried resetting.

@txbelle

Thank you for the screenshots.

What is the Kasa app version you currently have, as well as the model of your iPad and the software version it is running?
